Our bodies are magical tools that allow us to experience this life. Many times we get lost in the rules, words, and expectations of the environment, so we suppress the emptiness that arises inside us with food, emotions, and other distractions.

We often judge our bodies because of the “wrong” shapes, structure, weight, and appearance. Not to make them aware that we create our external appearance with our thoughts and way of life.
Our bodies go through various periods of growth, decline, expansion, and contraction, just like everything in nature. The more we understand and accept cyclicality, the easier it is to understand and know how to support our bodies.

This short 75-minute online event is for you if you want to transform your body on different levels.

In my practice, I know that the solution is not to deal with only one aspect of the transformation but to cover the whole of what we really are.

The “problem” of being overweight is not only in diet and the physical body. We must look at all aspects of ourselves and understand how the energy body affects our physical appearance.
In this unique online event, we will talk about nutrition, the body, energy, and trapped emotions, and at the end, we will do meditation or breathing and energy exercises that will bring you more lightness, acceptance, nurturing, and support.

When? 12th of September 2024, from 7 pm  – 8 pm Australian time, or 11 am – noon European time. For those of you who won’t be able to join me live, don’t worry, because after the event you will receive a recording to your e-mail address, which you can watch whenever you want.
