At this free event, we will delve deeper into understanding the seasons in nature and ourselves. We will talk about the importance of rest and regeneration. We will touch on stress and how it negatively affects our bodies and the way we function.
I will also share with you the rituals that relax me and bring me back to my center.

At the end of this event, I will also share with you the details of the upcoming retreat, which I am already endlessly looking forward to.
