In this 90-minute live, in-person workshop, I will guide you through a grounded, holistic understanding of female hormones and how to support them naturally. We will explore how your hormones, nervous system, nutrition, and emotional world are deeply interconnected and how small, aligned changes can create profound shifts in how you feel in your body.
You will learn how to recognise common hormonal imbalances, understand what is happening inside your body, and discover which tests, foods, herbs and daily practices truly support hormonal balance. We will also explore cyclical living and nutrition, stress regulation, and the importance of reconnecting with your womb space and feminine rhythm.
This evening is not about fixing your body, but about learning how to listen to it, support it and work with its natural intelligence.
I share both science-based knowledge and lived experience. My own journey through hormonal imbalance, hair loss, skin issues, exhaustion, and irregular cycles led me to years of study and clinical practice. Today, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies and restoring balance in a way that feels nourishing, empowering, and sustainable.

My name is Ana. I am a holistic nutritionist, herbalist and health coach, currently working at Lotus Holistic Medicine in Maroochydore. After several years living and working in Europe, I returned to Australia to deepen my clinical work and share my approach with women here on the Sunshine Coast.
My passion is guiding women back into the wisdom of their bodies – back into balance, vitality, intuition and inner alchemy. I believe that when a woman truly comes home to herself, everything begins to realign: her health, her energy, her relationship with food and her sense of feminine power.
