Al-kimia – a space for women\u2019s transformation<\/h1>\n\n
\n\n

Alkimia is an online space where I bring together holistic women\u2019s health, hormone and longevity, body-based practices, and the deeper spiritual dimension of awakening, inner power, and conscious transformation.<\/strong> I am a health coach, herbalist, and women\u2019s mentor with a background of working with women across Europe, now living and working in Australia, where I am part of the integrative team at Lotus Holistic Medicine.<\/p>\n\n

Through individual coaching, education, and embodied practices, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring hormonal balance, supporting healthy body weight, improving skin and hair health, and stepping back into their natural vitality, clarity, and unique feminine power.<\/p>\n\n

My work is for women who have already tried many approaches, yet still feel something is missing.<\/strong> Women who are ready to move beyond symptom management and seek a truly holistic path that honours the physical, emotional and spiritual layers of health and healing.<\/p>\n\n

Based on the Sunshine Coast, I offer a limited number of individual coaching spaces, ensuring deep, personal and attentive support for each woman. Alongside one-to-one coaching, I also facilitate workshops and educational talks on holistic women\u2019s health in the local community, as well as online programs and free resources for women worldwide.<\/p>\n\n

For centuries, alchemists sought the Philosopher\u2019s Stone as a symbol of wisdom, healing, renewal, and profound inner change. At Al-kimia, this ancient wisdom is reimagined as a modern, embodied journey. Through our coaching and holistic work together, you are guided to uncover your own inner wisdom, restore balance within your body, and step into lasting transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
