Also suitable for an SIBO diet.<\/p><p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 tbs quinoa<\/li>\n\n<li>1\/3 cup water<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00bc&nbsp;cup tinned coconut milk (no gums or thickeners)<\/li>\n\n<li>1 tsp honey (if tolerated) \u2013 raw and organic<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00bd&nbsp;cup blueberries<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p><p>Place the quinoa and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and cook until the water is nearly evaporated.<\/p><p>Add the coconut milk and continue to cook until the quinoa is soft and has increased in volume. Remove from the heat.<\/p><p>Top with blueberries and honey (if using) and enjoy immediately.<\/p><p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p><p>As your histamine flare improves, you might like to add chopped nuts to this porridge.
